1. Return Eligibility

  • Standard Products (non-customized):
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
    • Unused and in original packaging
    • In resalable condition
    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase
  • Custom or Made-to-Measure Products:
    As these products are made specifically to your measurements and preferences, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund, based on the extent of the issue

3. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Cancellations

  • Standard Products: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Once the order is in production, cancellations are not possible.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping of non-defective items.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, Curtain Blinds will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.
